Eligibility
We want you to feel both comfortable and powerful in your pieces. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging).

For hygiene reasons, accessories such as gloves and veils cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Request a Return

Contact us [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Once your item arrives back at our studio and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please include your request in your return message. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Responsibility & Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please reach out immediately. We will cover all associated costs to make things right.
